CERTIFICATION

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 5 years and have worked with more than 2500 clients. I belong to the American Massage Therapy Association and am Nationally Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

Formal Training from Chicago School of Massage Therapy 2004 with over 800 hours of training.

AMTA American Massage Therapist Association - Professional Member since 2004.

Licensed by the California Massage Therapy Council

NCBTMB Certified since 2005

Many people think of the NCBTMB credential as a certificate on the wall. But it is what that certificate represents that truly matters. When you become nationally certified it means, of course, that you have:

  • Completed a minimum of 500 hours of instruction
  • Demonstrated mastery of core skills, abilities and knowledge
  • Passed a standardized NCBTMB exam
  • Pledged to uphold NCBTMB’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics

More importantly, it means that you have the experience and expertise to positively affect the health and well-being of others.
